Graphic Designer Intern

**Key Responsibilities**

* **Design Development:** Create, layout, and produce graphics for digital (websites, social media) and print media (posters, brochures).
* **Conceptualization:** Conceptualize visuals based on requirements, including determining color palettes, typography, and imagery.
* **Client Collaboration:** Work with clients or art directors to determine project requirements, scope, and budget.
* **Brand Consistency:** Ensure all designs align with company or client brand guidelines.
* **Revisions \& Production:** Incorporate feedback, test design variations (A/B testing), and prepare files for final production or print.
* **Trend Research:** Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and software to maintain high\-quality, modern outputs. Workable \+9

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

* **Software Proficiency:** Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with web design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva, Sketch).
* **Portfolio:** A strong portfolio demonstrating creative, high\-quality illustrations and design projects.
* **Technical Knowledge:** Familiarity with printing processes, layout techniques, and digital design standards.
* **Creativity \& Aesthetics:** A keen eye for aesthetics, visual composition, and details.
* **Communication:** Excellent communication skills for presenting concepts and accepting feedback.
* **Education:** A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is often preferred, but not always required if a strong portfolio exists. Workable \+4
