Graphic Designer & Video Editor

We are building a growing podcast and women\-centric community platform. We're looking for a creative person who can help us scale short\-form content across Instagram and YouTube. If you enjoy editing reels, spotting trends, shooting content, and interacting with people then this role is for you.

Selected intern's day\-to\-day responsibilities include:

1\. Create engaging short\-form videos from podcast episodes (Instagram Reels \& YouTube Shorts).
2\. Shoot and edit original trending reels based on current social media trends.
3\. Add subtitles, text overlays, hooks, transitions, and music to optimize engagement.
4\. Assist in editing long\-form podcast videos.
5\. Capture behind\-the\-scenes content in office or during community events.
6\. Shoot photos and videos at community events.
7\. Conduct and design short on\-ground interviews with attendees during events for social media content.
8\. Create simple posters and creatives using Canva (or similar tools).
9\. Write short, engaging captions for Instagram posts and reels.

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,195\.22 \- ₹33,877\.00 per month
