HR Assistant
About this role
**Job Summary**
We are looking for an HR Assistant to support daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee records, and administrative tasks.
**Responsibilities**
* Assist in recruitment (job postings, screening, interview coordination)
* Maintain employee records and HR documentation
* Support onboarding and offboarding processes
* Handle attendance, leave tracking, and HR reports
* Respond to employee queries and provide HR support
* Assist in payroll coordination and compliance tasks
**Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
* Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
* Good communication and organizational skills
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
* Ability to handle confidential information
**Nice to Have**
* Internship or prior HR experience
* Familiarity with HR software/ATS

Pay: From ₹15,000\.00 per month
