Position Overview
The Human Resource Executive will be responsible for executing core HR operations like recruitment and performance monitoring. The role requires operational discipline, documentation accuracy, and the ability to align workforce processes with organizational growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment \& Talent Acquisition
Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for sales, service, backend, and corporate roles.
Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, coordinate assessment rounds, and maintain candidate evaluation records.
Draft offer letters, appointment letters, and employment documentation.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of open positions.
Required Skills \& Competencies
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Clear verbal and written communication.
Working knowledge of recruitment platforms and HRMS systems.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data.
Structured, process\-oriented mindset.
Qualification
Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
