JSMV Resource IT Staffing Company is looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns who are interested in building a career in Human Resources and Recruitment. The intern will assist in end\-to\-end recruitment activities, candidate coordination, and HR operations while gaining hands\-on corporate experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Source candidates from job portals, social media, and internal databases
* Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
* Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates \& hiring managers
* Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
* Assist in onboarding and HR documentation
* Post jobs on portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed
* Support HR team in daily operations and reporting

**Eligibility / Requirements**

* Pursuing or completed Graduation / MBA (HR preferred)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word)
* Interest in HR / Recruitment field
* Willingness to learn and work in a fast\-paced environment
