**Role Overview**
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern with a strong interest in **Recruitment and HR Operations**. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands\-on experience in sourcing, screening, and managing the hiring lifecycle while gaining exposure to core HR processes.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Recruitment \& Talent Acquisition:**
* Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
* Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
* Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
* Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate fit
* Maintain and update candidate trackers and recruitment databases
* Draft and post job descriptions across various hiring platforms
* Build and manage a pipeline of potential candidates
**HR Operations:**
* Support onboarding and documentation of new hires
* Assist in employee engagement activities
* Manage basic HR administrative tasks.
**Requirements**
* Recently completed a degree in HR or related field
* Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
* Excellent communication and coordination skills
* Basic knowledge of MS Office and LinkedIn usage
* Detail\-oriented with a proactive approach to learning
