Job description:
We are looking for a dynamic **HR Manager cum Placement Coordinator** to oversee human resource functions and facilitate job placements for students. The ideal candidate should be skilled in recruitment, employee relations, training, and building industry partnerships to ensure successful student placements.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**HR Management:**
* Manage end\-to\-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement processes.
* Maintain HR policies, compliance, and organizational culture.
* Conduct performance appraisals, training, and development programs.
* Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts effectively.
* Oversee payroll, attendance, and other HR\-related operations.
**Placement Coordination:**
* Build and maintain relationships with top companies for student placements.
* Organize job fairs, campus drives, and internship programs.
* Conduct mock interviews, resume\-building workshops, and career counseling.
* Maintain placement records and track student employment progress.
* Collaborate with faculty to ensure students meet industry standards.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
* Proven experience in HR management and placement coordination.
* Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of industry trends and corporate hiring requirements.
* Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
