**About the Role**

We are looking for a motivated and detail\-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands\-on experience in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Assist in the end\-to\-end recruitment process (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
* Support onboarding and orientation of new hires
* Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
* Help organize employee engagement activities and events
* Assist in drafting HR policies, documents, and communications
* Coordinate with different departments for HR\-related tasks
* Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends
* Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed

**Requirements**

* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Good organizational and time\-management abilities
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
* Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast\-paced environment
