**Job Summary**

* **Content Creation:** Produce high\-quality marketing materials, from brochures and sales kits to social media posts and website updates.
* **Lead Generation:** Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies that turn prospects into long\-term clients.
* **Budgeting:** Manage the marketing budget and ensure all activities deliver a strong Return on Investment (ROI).

**Qualifications \& Skills**

* **Experience:** 3–5 years of experience in marketing (experience in the **medical device or healthcare industry** is highly preferred).
* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot).
* **Communication:** Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical products simply.
* **Analytical Mindset:** Comfortable using data to track campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
