Mechanical Design Engineer

**About the Role**

We are looking for a highly motivated **Design Engineer** to join our engineering and design team. The ideal candidate should have strong fundamentals in mechanical design and hands\-on experience using **Solid Edge**. You will work closely with senior engineers on 3D modeling, drafting, and design documentation for various engineering projects.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Create **3D models** and **2D drawings** using Solid Edge.
* Support the engineering team in designing components, assemblies, and skids/systems.
* Assist in generating fabrication drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation.
* Participate in design revisions, design reviews, and quality checks.
* Work on projects related to **mechanical equipment**, Industrial Burner, **pressure vessels**, **valves**, **skids**, and general industrial systems (as applicable).
* Collaborate with senior designers and engineers to continuously improve designs.
* Ensure all designs comply with company standards and project requirements.
* Good Knowledge of GD\&T

**Required Skills \& Qualifications**

* Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in **Mechanical Engineering**, **Production Engineering**, or related field.
* Proficiency in **Solid Edge** (mandatory).
* Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals, GD\&T, and manufacturing processes.
* Good knowledge of 3D modeling, assemblies, and drafting.
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Good communication skills and willingness to learn.

**Preferred (Good to Have)**

* Good understanding of sheet metal, weldments, or piping design.
* Knowledge of industry standards like ASME, ISO, API (optional).

Job Types: Full\-time, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
