**Job Title: Executive – Retail Operations**
**Location: Kolkata (HO)**
**Experience: 3–5 years**
**Role Overview:**
We are seeking a detail\-oriented Executive – Retail Operations to manage store\-level operations, financial controls, vendor coordination, and business development support. The role requires close collaboration with stores, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, compliance, and growth.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**1\. Finance \& Audit**
· Collect and track daily cash deposit details from all stores
· Review and validate petty cash entries submitted by stores
· Identify and flag discrepancies in cash usage and reporting
· Share audit observations with relevant stakeholders
· Handle and resolve store queries related to finance and cash operations
**2\. Retail Operations**
· Conduct regular issue\-resolution calls with stores
· Act as a communication bridge between Head Office and stores
· Execute and monitor sales push initiatives as per retail plans
· Share instructions and collect feedback on sales campaigns
· Review store grooming standards through visuals and feedback
· Communicate corrective actions to store managers
**3\. Production \& Logistics**
· Coordinate with external vendors for logistics and supply requirements
· Track vendor commitments and delivery timelines
· Follow up on pending deliveries and ensure timely fulfilment
· Monitor dispatch and receipt of non\-saleable materials
· Escalate delays, shortages, or operational gaps
**4\. Store Development (Business Development)**
· Identify, evaluate, and share potential property/location leads aligned with brand expansion strategy
· Conduct preliminary market research including catchment analysis, footfall trends, and competitor presence
· Support site feasibility assessments (rent benchmarks, store viability)
· Coordinate with brokers, landlords, and internal stakeholders during site shortlisting
· Assist in end\-to\-end store launch activities including documentation, timelines, and cross\-functional coordination
· Maintain a pipeline of potential locations and provide regular updates to leadership
**6\. Marketing \& Reporting**
· Maintain and update Google Review tracking sheet
· Create and manage sales incentive tracking sheets
**Requirements:**
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field
· 3\-5 years of experience in retail operations, audit, or business development
· Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
· Good analytical and problem\-solving ability
· Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
