The Role
We are looking for an SEO \& Content Specialist to drive organic growth through search\-optimised content across SEO, LLM discovery, and YouTube.
Responsibilities* Drive organic growth across SEO, LLM discovery, and YouTube
* Build and optimise programmatic pages (college, degree, career pathways)
* Perform keyword research and improve rankings for high\-intent queries
* Create and optimise high\-quality content aligned to user search journeys
* Manage and guide 3–4 content interns to scale content production
* Continuously improve content performance through experimentation

**Requirements**
* 2–3 years experience in SEO or content growth
* Familiar with tools like Ahrefs, Google Search Console, SEMrush
* Experience in EdTech or career content preferred
* Basic understanding of AI search / LLM content optimisation
* Strong execution mindset
