**Job Title:** Social Media Intern / Executive
**Location:** Kankurgachi, Kolkata (On\-site)

**About the Role:**
We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Intern/Executive to join our team at our Kankurgachi office. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital trends, content creation, and brand storytelling across social platforms.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter (X)
* Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and strategies
* Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activity
* Respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers in a timely manner
* Analyze performance metrics and prepare basic reports
* Collaborate with the design and marketing teams for creatives and campaigns
* Shoot and edit basic photos/videos (Reels, Stories, short\-form content)

**Requirements:**

* Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
* Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
* Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Creative mindset with attention to detail
* Ability to work from office (Kankurgachi location)

**Preferred Skills (Bonus):**

* Experience managing social media pages (personal or professional)
* Basic knowledge of paid ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
* Familiarity with analytics tools

**Stipend/Salary:**

* Intern: ₹10,000 per month
* Executive: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)

**Working Hours:**

* Monday to Friday \| 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

* Kankurgachi, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

* Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required)

Experience:

* Social media marketing: 1 year (Required)
