About this role

* **Employer relations:** Develop and maintain relationships with companies and organizations to identify and secure placement opportunities for students.
* **Student support:** Provide career guidance to students, including resume writing assistance, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
* **Event coordination:** Organize and manage recruitment events like job fairs, placement drives, and networking events.
* **Placement management:** Coordinate the logistical aspects of placements, such as scheduling interviews and ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
* **Monitoring and reporting:** Track student progress during placements, gather feedback from both students and employers, and maintain detailed records of recruitment activities.
* **Administrative tasks:** Handle administrative duties related to placements, which may include background checks, managing eligibility lists, and communicating with course coordinators.

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent, Internship, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to ₹30,000\.00 per month
