**Job Location : Chennai , Salem ,Chengalpattu and Thiruvallur.**
**Job Summary :**
We are looking for a Field Desktop Support Engineer to handle onsite support and service activities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Installation and troubleshooting of Desktop, Laptop, Printer, and other IT hardware
* Basic networking support (LAN, router, switch configuration)
* OS installation and software troubleshooting
* Customer site visits for service and maintenance
* Coordinating with the service team and updating call status
**Requirements:**
* Diploma / Any Degree in IT / Computer Science / Electronics
* Basic knowledge of hardware and networking
* Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
* Two\-wheeler mandatory
* Good communication skills
