**Key Responsibilities:**
* Address Technical Query of clients / Guide Users through technical process
* Troubleshoot technical issues related to software.
* Database analysis
* SQL express \& sql management installation on client side.
* Design bill format \& barcode printing
* Diagnosing technical issues of ERP product \& forward the core problem of software to the development team.
* Assist customers with softwares installation, configuration \& maintenance of systems as needed.
* Providing basic software training.
* Support data recovery in case of system crashes
* Work with developers, testers for issue resolution
