Trainee Python Programmer

**Location:** Ekkatutangal, Chennai.

**Experience:** 0–1 Year (Freshers Welcome)

**Role Overview**

We are seeking a highly analytical and curious **Python Fresher** to join our Research \& Development (R\&D) team. Unlike a standard development role, this position focuses on exploring new technologies, building prototypes, and solving complex algorithmic challenges. You will work closely with senior researchers and engineers to transform conceptual ideas into functional code.

**Key Responsibilities**

* **Prototyping:** Design and develop proof\-of\-concept (PoC) applications using Python.
* **Research:** Conduct technical research on libraries, frameworks, and emerging AI/ML or automation trends to improve our core product.
* **Data Analysis:** Use Python (Pandas/NumPy) to process and visualize research data.
* **Optimization:** Write clean, efficient, and testable code to optimize existing R\&D models.
* **Collaboration:** Work with the team to brainstorm "outside the box" solutions for technical bottlenecks.
* **Documentation:** Maintain detailed records of experiments, failures, and successful iterations.

**Required Technical Skills**

* **Core Python:** Strong grasp of Python 3\.x, including OOPs concepts, decorators, generators, and multi\-threading.
* **Data Structures:** Deep understanding of Lists, Dictionaries, Trees, and Search/Sort algorithms.
* **Libraries:** Familiarity with NumPy, Pandas, or Scikit\-learn is a huge plus.
* **Database:** Basic knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB).
* **Version Control:** Basic understanding of Git/GitHub.

**Soft Skills (Crucial for R\&D)**

* **Scientific Temperament:** A "trial and error" mindset—not afraid of code failing during experiments.
* **Fast Learner:** Ability to pick up a new library or math concept in a matter of days.
* **Problem Solver:** You enjoy solving puzzles and complex logic problems (LeetCode/HackerRank experience is a bonus).

**Education**

* B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
* Personal projects or internships involving Python are highly preferred.
